Alzheimer’s Disease and Related Dementias in Individuals with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities: What the Caregiver Needs to Know

Many I/DD individuals are eligible for age 60+ Long Term Services and Supports (LTSS). This half-day training for HCBS Nurses, Caregivers and others (of non-DDS service providers) will cover the sometimes unique presentation of ADRD in individuals with I/DD and the challenges for caregivers. This training may assist in the development of better LTSS plans for adults with I/DD who are eligible for age 60+ LTSS.

For your convenience, two sessions are being offered, one in the morning and one in the afternoon.  

Certificates of Contact Hours will be provided to Nurses

(You must identify yourself as a nurse when you register)
