Post Timing and Frequency

New Hampshire will release all posts on Facebook and Twitter simultaneously. We do not use Instagram. 

The best time to post on social media generally is between 9am and 12pm, Monday through Wednesday:

Facebook - most engagement typically occurs around 12pm on these days

Twitter - most engagement typically occurs between 12-1pm on these days

Instagram – most engagement occurs between 12-1pm, Monday through Friday

New Hampshire will release posts on Facebook and Twitter every Monday and Wednesday at 12:15pm.
